This juried competition is open to all artists, 18 years of age and over, who currently reside in the United States. Over $2,000 in cash awards. Pick Up Artwork: After October 22, 2025 (Wed–Sat, 11 AM–3 PM)
Open to U.S. residents, 18 years or older.
Work must be original, completed within the last three years.
No work created under instruction, copies, computer art, photography, reproductions, or sculpture.
Two-dimensional media only (oil, acrylic, watercolor, mixed media, pastel, drawing).
Work must not exceed 48 inches in any direction including frame, and must be under 25 pounds.
Use Plexiglas for work 30”x30” or larger or for any work in a metal frame.
All work must be professionally framed and wired for hanging (no sawtooth hangers, no wet canvases).
Up to three works per artist.

Awards determined from actual work, not digital submissions.
All entries must be for sale.
Gallery 42 retains a 40% commission on all sales.
Accepted work must be delivered or shipped by the deadline.
Shipped work must include prepaid return shipping labels.
Artists are responsible for shipping and insurance.
Failure to deliver accepted work may result in a two-year ban from SALI exhibitions.
Permission to reproduce your work for publicity is considered granted upon entry.
